Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that you can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our Website or via the Services for third-party purposes, and that is why we provide the variety of opt-out mechanisms listed above. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.

If you choose to use these websites or features, you may disclose your information not just to those third-parties, but also to their users and the public more generally depending on how their services function. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites or services. We have implemented and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures, policies and procedures designed to reduce the risk of accidental destruction or loss, or the unauthorized disclosure of or access to such information, which are appropriate for the individual categories of information collected, used and stored. Our technical and organizational security measures are reviewed and revised from time to time to address technological advancements and developments. ARSL cannot guarantee that your use of the Services will be error-free. Your use of the Services does, in part, depend upon security measures that are not under our control, e.g., security measures you control related to your device, computer, network, or Internet browser. Please keep this in mind when providing information through the Services.
California law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of “personal information” (as defined by applicable California law) with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes. ARSL does not share your personal information with third-parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. For example, we may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect the requirements of applicable law, to conform with our data collection and use practices, the features of our Services, or shifts in technology. We will make the revised Privacy Policy accessible through the Services, so you should review the Privacy Policy periodically. Our Privacy Policy is always available on our Website. You will know if the Privacy Policy has changed since the last time you reviewed it by checking the “Effective Date” included at the beginning of Privacy Policy. If we make a material change to the Policy, we will comply with notice requirements set forth in applicable law, and it will be readily accessible and reviewable within the most current version of the Privacy Policy located on the Website.
